James Bros Roofing Contractors will carry out an independent Roof inspection of any property situated in Cheshire or Greater Manchester prior to purchase, the details of this Survey / Inspection will be presented in the form of a Roof Report to a standard required by a mortgage company / lender etc.
Please note we will only give a free estimate if you own the property i.e. you have completed on the purchase and are in possession of a set of keys, if you would like us to look at a property you are considering purchasing or are part way through purchasing we class this as a survey and the charge for that survey is £75
If the survey requires us to gain access to the loft space the charge is £85.
